David's programs are based in research. David served as a co-founding Associate Executive Director of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA), an alliance of leaders, researchers, and practitioners in the science of Positive Psychology. He continues to lead IPPA's Positive Psychology Leaders Series, a worldwide monthly interview with one of the top leaders in Positive Psychology. David has an Economics degree from Yale University, and he was one of the first leaders in the world to receive a Master's degree in the science of Positive Psychology. He earned his Positive Psychology degree from the University of Pennsylvania. David was also elected the founding President of the Masters of Applied Positive Psychology Alumni Association.
